The Grass Valley Old West Antiques Show

The Grass Valley Old West Antiques Show has become the premiere California show for collectors and dealers in American West antiques and memorabilia. Dealers are a select group nationally by invitation only. The items sold must be premier and outstanding quality.

BOOTH DEALERS
1) 9' x 10' Booth with two 8' Tables and One 5' Wall Showcase with lights (Free Electric), Lock & Key is only $500. (No discount if you choose to not use your showcase.)
2) Extra 6' Counter Showcase is only $100.
3) Extra 5' Wall Showcase is only $150.

TABLE DEALERS
1) One 8' Table is only $200.
2) One 6' Counter Showcase in place of table is only $250.

All Tables must be covered with a clean, to the floor cover.

**Electric is Free with ample outlets.
**Bring your own 3 prong extension chords.

DEPOSIT
If you are accepted as a dealer, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at check-in. To speed up Check-in, full payment is much appreciated.

REFUNDS
A full refund is guaranteed to any dealer for any reason! Dealers must have the courtesy to contact show management prior to the event, so that management may fill the vacancy.

DEALER BADGES
Only one or two maximum badges are provided per Dealer Application.

DROP OFF
On Thursday, May 6, 2004, Dealers may drop off their merchandise from 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. SHARP!

DEALER BBQ
A complimentary Bar-B-Q dinner will be held for all Badge Holders (Dealers) at the Fairgrounds. Non-Badge holders who would like to attend the Bar-B-Q Dinner can purchase dinner tickets for $12.00 each.

CALIFORNIA RESALE NUMBER
All dealers must have a valid California Resale Number to attend. If you do not have one already, you may acquire a free temporary number by obtaining the form at California State Board of Equalization http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe400mip.pdf.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
We strongly recommend that you make your Hotel/Motel reservations as soon as possible. Grass Valley is a small town and it fills up quickly. Click here for a list of area Hotel/Motels.

DEALER WAITING LIST
The Grass Valley Old West Antiques Show hosts dealers of repute from all across the country. The Nevada County Fairgrounds, where the event is held, is a quaint location with limited space. Show management has a current list of dealers wanting to attend. Show management is fair and honest in dealing with the waiting list. If you get invited to be placed on the Dealer Waiting List, you will be contacted in the order in which you were placed as vacancies come available.
